Hi Trevor,

Simple DNS 8 has a default TTL setting that you can set to whatever you want. Currently when I create a new domain through SolidCP, it creates 3 hour (10800) TTLs by default. I see the SOA settings in SolidCP and that works but it is missing the Default TTL field.

Is it possible for you guys to have SolidCP pickup the default TTL setting we set from Simple DNS? Or be able to set that default TTL setting through SolidCP?

Or even better, be able to set a default TTL in the Simple DNS provider settings and also be able to edit each individual DNS entry's TTL. That would enable us to sell DNS services by itself!

Hi All,
Was this all sorted with 1.4.4 ?

We are using SimpleDNS on SolidCP 1.4.2 and want to upgrade soon.
Just checking the SimpleDNS side of things is all working in the latest?

Hi JimJams

We are still running 1.4.3 with the "SimpleDNS Plus 6.x" provider, not 8.x and that works fine.

We have not installed and tested 1.4.4 yet so I can't give you an answer.

Hello,

The fix was included in 1.4.4.

Regards,

Trevor
