Very weird issue, I did search this issue, and I see there was a ticket or issue logged in 2017, where they said the issue was to do with time being out.. However this does not seem to be the problem, it seems related to the actual account itself of the client. I can login and create email accounts etc, no issue, however if the client logs in or I login with the clients details on my machine which just worked it gives the same error.
when you goto account and click on the create account in email accounts it gives this error "Service item could not be created/updated
You can not create or update service item because the required resource is not available in the current hosting space."
I have checked the error logs and nothing at all.. However if i login as a different user they work fine.. no error when I do this..
Is there anything logged in audit log (under serveradmin) ?

No absolutely nothing is logged in the audit logs. We are running 1.4.0
Did you check audit log from serveradmin home? that one should even log when you logged in.
yeah, nothing in the admin or the users logs, the weird part, is nothing has been done on any of the servers and the issue has seemed to rectify itself.. this has been a very weird one indeed..
