I have one error here about Web Application Gallery

my system:

[server 1]

windows 2019 iis10

solidcp enterprise

solidcp portal

Web.PlatformInstaller installed

all recomended feed configured on solidcp

[server2]

windows 2019  iis10

Web.PlatformInstaller installed

the problem when I click into Web Application Gallery on inside of customer site on solidcp:

Web Application Gallery module is unavailable:

I have access to all feed from both servers using IE and Firefox

do you know what's happen ?
