Hello, i am trying now one week to get the SolipCP enviroment up and running, but i am realy frustrated now.
The Situation is that i want have a Test Enviroment that is near 100 % same as the productiv enviroment later.

But i realy dont understand how the setup script work.

  1. I install with the Setup Script the Domain Controller, that works fine.
  2. I Add a new System to the Domain to use it as Exchange Server
  3. When i run now the Configuration Script at the Server what will be the Exchange server i get so many options that i dont know what option i have to use first.
Also need the Exchange Server setup done on the Server and does it only configure the Server ?
Question over Question, i try to solve it self, but the result is that i have to reinstall my exchange server now the third time.
The NON Existing Documentation is realy realy frustrating.
Is it not possible to make a realy short Doku like :

    1. Installing Exchange Server
      1. Install prerequisites
      2. Setup Exchange
      3. Run the Configuration script and select option XYZ for a Single Exchange Server
      4. Run Option XYZ to Configure the Security Groups after installing a Single Exchange Server ?
Can anyone help me ? This is my last try now, when i cant get it up and running, i cancel SolidCP and look for another Solution.
        Regards
        Chris

Hello,

We do not provide instructions on how it is best to setup a new server or the best practice for the software. There documents are normally found with the manufacture of the software.

We do however provide a detailed guide on how to connect SolidCP to exchange at https://solidcp.com/kb/configuration/exchange-2013-2016-configuration/

We do provide services which include installation of new servers as part of our premium support. If you are interested in this please use the contact button at the top of the site to submit a ticket to the team and they can provide an quote.

Kind Regards,

Trevor
